Register Company in Thailand can be a lengthy process at the best of times and it also varies depending on the type of company that is being registered. The majority of companies in Thailand are PLC based and so registering a company of that nature seems the easiest type to discuss in this article. There are many different types of companies in the world that can be registered and this applies to everywhere and not just in Thailand. For example in the UK most companies are a PLC which is known as a public limited company. Company registration in Thailand is usually for a limited company in some area and you can always tell a foreign based company as it will have a ‘(Thailand)’ prefix after the company name. This is to signify this is the Thai branch and that the company has offices elsewhere in the world.
